Who is TRUE?

TRUE Original is a trusted provider of secure digital certificates.

How does the service work?

Once the service is activated, every course that includes an award (created using Learnifier’s built-in award feature) will automatically generate a digital award powered by TRUE. Each TRUE award issued through Learnifier features Learnifier’s signature design and includes the participant’s name, course title, company name, and issue date.

What data is shared?

Participant’s name, email address, and course/award details.

Role:

TRUE acts as a subprocessor engaged by Learnifier. We remain fully responsible for ensuring their data handling complies with GDPR.

Safeguards:
